Delivery

We endeavor to deliver the Goods to you in mainland UK within 48 hrs of cleared funds at the address given to us by you. Spring baby cannot be held responsible for any postal delays. All items will be sent by Royal Mail standard delivery, please allow 3-5 days. If you would like to receive your purchased item in a quicker timeframe please contact us for a quote.

Orders to be shipped outside mainland UK will be reviewed for approval. We reserve the right to contact you to confirm more accurate carriage costs before initiating delivery.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with the Goods an exchange/refund can be organized providing the Goods are returned in original packaging, in excellent condition suitable for resale and you have contacted us within 48hrs of receiving the goods.

Postage and packaging are the customers responsibility and in this instance will not be refunded. We suggest you obtain proof of postage from your post office, as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged returned goods.

Unfortunately we can not accept used or damaged goods unless they are deemed to be faulty by the vendor at the time of original shipment.

Giftwrapping

We provide a giftwrapping service of £2.45 per item. All items will be packaged in tissue paper and ribbon. Please email us specifiying which items you would like giftwrapped and if you would like a personal message attached.
