The following terms and conditions apply every time you access Spring baby website and/ or order goods from our website. We advise you to read them carefully. We may vary these from time to time so we recommend that you read them before each purchase.
1. Payment
1.1 We accept the following cards: Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard and payment through paypal.
1.2 Delivery will be made by us once payment funds have been cleared
1.3 Prices are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate where required.
2. Acceptance of order
2.1 On registering please provide us with an up to date, accurate email. A confirmation email will be sent once we have received your order.
2.2 Shipment of goods will take place after payment funds are cleared.
2.3 You may cancel an order at anytime before the purchased items have been dispatched. You will need to telephone customer services to determine if the Goods have been dispatched.
2.4 The usual returns policy (see Clause 5) will be applicable to all Items cancelled after they have been dispatched and the item/s will need to be returned in excellent condition.
2.5 Following notification of cancellation any sum relating to the cancelled order shall be credited to you within 10 working days upon receipt of the Goods, provided that the Goods are returned by you to us in the condition in which why were delivered.
2.6 You will pay for the cost of return and original carriage of the Goods unless the Goods are faulty or damaged.
2.7 Please note that should you wish to return goods you have 10 days from receipt of the goods to do so. You will be offered a full refund however you will not be refunded for the postage and packaging.
3. Delivery
3.1 Spring baby cannot be held responsible for any postal delays. We endeavor to deliver the Goods to you in mainland UK within 7 days of cleared funds at the address given to us by you.
3.2 Orders to be shipped outside mainland UK will be reviewed for approval. We reserve the right to contact you to confirm more accurate carriage costs before initiating delivery.
Should an item be damaged on arrival please contact us immediately to report it and we will endeavour to replace the item asap based on stock availability.
4. General
All intellectual property rights (including use of trade marks) shall be solely owned by us. You are permitted only to use material on this website as expressly authorized by us or our licensers.
You are not permitted to download any part of our website.
5 Returns
5.1 If the Goods are faulty or damaged you will notify us by telephoning Customer Services as soon as possible after delivery and we will endeavour to replace the item asap dependant on stock availability.
5.2 If you are not completely satisfied with the Goods an exchange can be organized providing the Goods are returned in original packaging and excellent condition suitable for resale. Postage and packaging are direct costs and in this instance will not be refunded. We suggest you obtain proof of postage from your post office, as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged returned goods.
6 Liability
6.1 Spring Baby cannot be held liable to you for any failure to deliver or for any damage or defect to the Goods which is caused by any act beyond our reasonable control i.e. flood, fire, accidents.
7 Complaints
7.1 Complaints can be sent in writing and sent to; Papana Cottage, Garvald, Haddington, East Lothian, EH41 4LN.
